Dr Shanu Gambhir’s medical background
I completed my advanced neurosurgery training through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) at leading hospitals across Australia and New Zealand, including Royal North Shore, St George, St Vincent’s, Westmead Public, and Christchurch Hospital. I’m proud to be a Fellow of the RACS and a member of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia (NSA) and the Australian Medical Association (AMA).
I earned my medical degree at the University of Otago in New Zealand and went on to complete a Masters of Surgery in Neurosurgery at The University of Sydney. Alongside my clinical work, I stay actively involved in research and teaching, keeping me at the forefront of this evolving field.
